| Cosimo has enjoyed a long and successful career that may be characterized by the need for professional metamorphosis. His relentless drive to reinvent himself in the search for new creative challenges has seen him evolve from designer and illustrator, to the top ranks of conceptual photographers, to a highly regarded commercial director/cameraman, and returning as artist/photographer. In each phase of his career, Cosimo has deftly mastered new media and put new techniques at the service of his impressive creative energies. A graduate of the New York City High School for Art and Design, Cosimo has won nearly every major award for excellence and produced numerous memorable works, both in film and print, several of which have become treasured underground collectibles. He has lectured throughout the world and has been published widely including "Who's Who in Advertising," "The Art of Persuasion," in Time Magazine, as well as dozens of newspapers and trade journals. He is a long-standing member of the Directors Guild of America, IATSE, AICP, Getty Images, ASMP, and the Society of Illustrators. He has been an instructor at the School of Visual Arts, and has lectured on various subjects throughout the world. His work has been widely exhibited in galleries throughout the United States.
